Purposes of processing

For the processing of your curriculum vitae data in the management of our employment exchange, we will rely on your consent (Art. 6.1a GDPR), taking into account that if you send us an email with your curriculum vitae, we will process it with your consent (Art. 6.1b GDPR), bearing in mind that if you send us an email with your CV, we will understand that you agree to us processing your data for this purpose.
 
These legitimacies are complemented with the fulfilment of legal obligations on the part of this data controller in the corresponding cases.
 

Recipients of the information

 
We will not communicate your personal data to any entity without your express consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
 
However, at AJOS GALLARDO we have the collaboration of service providers who may have access to your personal data, but who will process them in our name and on our behalf, following our instructions at all times, and always in order to provide us with the services that we may have contracted from them in each case. Specifically, we currently have the provision of services by suppliers who carry out their activity, by way of example and without limitation, in the following sectors: tax and accounting advice, maintenance of technological and computer services.
 
We also inform you that we do not carry out international data processing.
 

Retention periods

 
In response to your enquiries: We will keep your data for the time necessary to deal with your request. Subsequently, your data will be kept for one year.
 
Sending communications: We will keep your data for as long as you keep your subscription to receive our communications active and you have not indicated your refusal to receive them. Once you have indicated your refusal to receive information, we will proceed to delete your data, regardless of possible legal obligations, which may result in a longer period of data retention (although in this case they will be duly blocked).
 
Job vacancies and job offers: We will keep your data for 1 year.
