At the same time, if you provide us with personal data because you are interested in working with us, you should know that your personal data, including any curricular data you may provide us with, will be processed for the management of human resources in our organisation, with the sole purpose of managing our employment exchange and carrying out a future selection of personnel.

Purposes of processing

To manage the doubts and queries that the user submits to us regarding our services, events, promotions or any other feature shown or induced through the information we publish on the website, either by means of forms provided for this purpose, by telephone or by means of the e-mail address that appears on the website.
Sending information about services, events, promotions and news in our sector to our subscribers.
To manage our employment exchange in personnel selection processes.

Legitimacy of the treatment

For the development of the attention to your queries, we rely on the application of pre-contractual measures requested by you (Art. 6.1b RGPD).
For the sending of information about us and our industry, we rely on your express consent (Art. 6.1a GDPR).
For the processing of your curriculum vitae data in the management of our employment exchange, we will rely on your consent (Art. 6.1a GDPR), taking into account that if you send us an email with your curriculum vitae, we will process it with your consent (Art. 6.1b GDPR), bearing in mind that if you send us an email with your CV, we will understand that you agree to us processing your data for this purpose.
These legitimacies are complemented with the fulfilment of legal obligations on the part of this data controller in the corresponding cases.

Recipients of the information

We will not communicate your personal data to any entity without your express consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
However, at AJOS GALLARDO we have the collaboration of service providers who may have access to your personal data, but who will process them in our name and on our behalf, following our instructions at all times, and always in order to provide us with the services that we may have contracted from them in each case. Specifically, we currently have the provision of services by suppliers who carry out their activity, by way of example and without limitation, in the following sectors: tax and accounting advice, maintenance of technological and computer services.
We also inform you that we do not carry out international data processing.

Retention periods

In response to your enquiries: We will keep your data for the time necessary to deal with your request. Subsequently, your data will be kept for one year.
Sending communications: We will keep your data for as long as you keep your subscription to receive our communications active and you have not indicated your refusal to receive them. Once you have indicated your refusal to receive information, we will proceed to delete your data, regardless of possible legal obligations, which may result in a longer period of data retention (although in this case they will be duly blocked).
Job vacancies and job offers: We will keep your data for 1 year.
Please note that compliance with a legal obligation may result in the retention of your data, or part of it, for a longer period of time.


All users whose personal data is processed may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion of their data, opposition to processing, and limitation of processing, as well as portability (where possible in accordance with current legislation) and information on automated individual decisions (if they are made) free of charge.

Supervisory authority

If the user considers that his or her rights have been ignored or infringed, he or she should be aware that he or she may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which in this case is the Spanish Data Protection Agency. If the data subject considers it appropriate, he/she may also go to any competent supervisory authority of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which in this case is the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
